In this role, you will
- Safely assist passengers from their pickup location to their drop-off location, whether they are ambulatory or wheelchair/disabled clients
- Safely operate the company’s Vehicles in the designated service areas, including cities and rural areas, under various weather conditions
- Utilize Google Maps for route planning
- Communicate w/ dispatch/ supervisor
Job Requirements
- Must Pass a NETSTUDY 2.0 state/federal background check and fingerprinting
- Maintain a valid MN Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record
- Must Pass a pre-employment drug test and DOT physical
- Ability to commit to a consistent schedule (Morning/Afternoon/Evening) based on your availability for 12 months
- Must be available for one or two weekends a month – Required!

- Excellent customer service skills, w/ the ability to interact w/ people from various cultures and backgrounds
- Create a positive, friendly, understanding, and helpful atmosphere for clients
- Assist clients w/ any emergency scheduling needs that arise while they are in the vehicle
- Must be able to maintain appropriate boundaries
- Provide quality door-to-door service
